Ocala, FL (February 4, 2018) – Chad Kemenah and the Hunter Racing 2018 has officially started. Kemenah started the feature on Thursday night in the 17th starting position and on Lap-22 the defending Artic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions Champion took lead and secured his first win of the 2018 season.
“Starting in the 17th position was definitely not planned and before we pushed off Brian (Kemenah) and I talked about just staying out of trouble and not getting involved in any accidents, said Kemenah.” “The car felt good early and I was just trying to move up and pass as many cars as I could and then we had that last red flag and my brother told me to try the cushion in turn two and I actually tried it but missed it but I felt the car hook up just a bit and then I tried it again on the next lap and the car took off immediately and that really allowed us to eventually take the lead.”
Chad Kemenah picked up his 34th career All Star victory but the defending series champion was very quick to thank his car owner, sponsors and everyone that helps with the team.
